Sukrithi is a very unique apartment design in terms of its planning, good design practices, openness, cross ventilation, nature friendliness, and architectural form. We adopted a very simple, but the elegant form which made sure each unit had well-lit and ventilated rooms. 9 spacious apartments are connected by ample corridor spaces on each floor. The corridors are planned with open passages with an abundance of light and wind. The green spaces can be experienced from everywhere around central corridors. The apartment plans are such to ensure enough privacy for units.
